[kj] grouping Joke albums

Okay, here's my selection:
 
Group 1: KJ80, Night Time, Pandemonium.
Group 2: Extremities, WTF!, Revelations.
Group 3: Firedances, BTATS, Hosannas, KJ2003.
Group 4: Democracy, OTG.
 
At the moment Absolute Dissent is edging into Group 2 (consistently good with only a few less interesting tracks), but may yet settle into Group 3 (a few excellent tunes but too much that's simply average).
