I just ordered both the double "AD" CD and the "ESS" single from UK Amazon using a US credit card for delivery to MN, USA.
 
The pre-release price is actually lower than the listed price (7.65 and 3.40BP, respectively) and the shipping was app. 4BP, for a grand total of $25.50US.
 
Everyone in the US, if you have a valid credit card: you can get both discs delivered between Oct. 5-11 for about $25.
 
Just an FYI. I imagine everything will change Sunday night.
