Its just that first time Holly heard Hall of the Mountain Grill, she was so
convinced that it sounded exactly like a Japan song.....

As an obsessive of Hawkwind (in all their 1970s guises at least) I was just
curious, seeing as there was that Simon House connection...

Its not on any of the David Sylvian albums I have (all 3 of them), so I
guess Holly was mistaken :o/

I think what you're looking for is some of the earlier Sylvian solo
rather than Japan. I know preciously little of Sylvian's music, but my
Japan collection is fairly complete, and that Hawkwind song rings no
bells in a Japan context.

And no, i don't like David Sylvian. Mick Karn, on the other hand ..
