[kj] OT - NZ Quake

It's not as strong as the one in Sept but much shallower and closer to Chch,
so was a lot more violent and damaging. It also took place at midday vs the
middle of the night, hence the fatalities as buildings in the city were
occupied as were the streets etc.  Approx 200 people are still trapped in
buildings. No one knows whether this is the same fault or whether the
earlier fault triggered a nearby one. Lots of aftershocks. Big concern is
whether this is going to continue.

It's a 6.3 with fatalities being reported. Must be very bad; it actually
bumped Kaddafi off the front pages of several international news sites.
