Actually, the Sex Pistols avoided the North/Northeast specifically, and
played, for ex., the Longhorn Ballroom of Dallas, TX, and ended their run at
Winterland in San Francisco.

They (the Pistols, that is) were slated to play SNL, and Elvis Costello was
retained as the backup band. Malcolm MacLaren canceled the SNL/NYC gig at
the last moment and so Elvis Costello and gang went on the show at the last
moment, the drummer or guitarist (I forget which) wearing a shirt that said,
"THANKS, MALC" since that ended up being their big breakthrough.

Anyway, what is actually with KJ? They are slated to play Warsaw, Poland,
June 10, and Austin, TX, June 5. Also, KJ have apparently committed to play
a show in Las Vegas, NV on May 31. So, what's up, KJ?
