Some of "Those who claim to Know" also built a major nuclear facility
right on top of the Ring of Fire, took over an hour to bother telling the
PM about the meltdown (or whatever), and were responsible about 10 years
ago for covering up hundreds of accidents at nuclear plants, whcih they
got slammed for at the time.

Can the Emperor still command people to fall on their swords?
