I think he's referring to someone named Oglive, who might have been the manager as well. Remember, even
the Pistols and Clash were pretty tightly run by managers who had lots of input into lyrics, image, dress, etc. Not 
like the US punk bands like the Fuckin' Ramones, who seemed much more independent and grassroots.
