It certainly could have also been related to financial concerns, routing and 
pre-sales. Their cancellations do tend to be money-related.

Can't say I'm surprised, especially with Youth pulling out toward the end of 
their last NA visit... No Youth, no BFP, not really Killing Joke anymore. I 
agree that Geordie probably has nothing to do with it, my money is one of the 
other two original members...

I didn't want to get the tickets before seeing what KJ would play on the first 
date of the US tour. I am sad about the cancellation, but also not surprised. It 
sucks for those who made plans especially in view of the Punk Rock Bowling 
(Laughing Chris???)
