[kj] "Killing Joke: The Complete Guide"

I tried to download the ebook. It said "Generating pdf" then it
crashed. (Then Adobe Acrobat Reader updated itself despite that fact
that I told it not to.) It's probably just a collection of their
wikipedia pages. When and if those other members get pages they'll
probably be added.
