Just the fact that Bill Gates himself bought shares in a company assigns him some significant share of responsibility.  His sponsorship can also be measured by the influence and pressure his mere name wields, unlike the rest of us buying shares could mean nothing.

Bill Gates bought 23M $ worth of shares in the company , a company with a annual turnover of over a $1Billion .
Gates isnt a major sponsor of the company, as Jaz stated .
Jaz also stated that Bill Gates is corrupt, Jaz would have to prove Bill Gates is corrupt, if BG took the slanderous remarks to Court
