[kj] KJ triple bill tour

As someone else said, what's the running order? Neither the Cult or the Mission are the concert draws they used to be. I would hope the Joke would be top billed, but then, I'd never have believed they'd support Motley Crue either, until it actually happened.
 
When was the last time KJ played stadiums/arenas on their own?
