[kj] Beg to Differ

I just saw Prong in So Cal and they were awesome.  Had a chance to talk with Tommy Victor afterwards & he was very cool.  I'd seen them in 1990 with Soundgarden and Voivod & he told me that had been their first tour.  Also got to talk about work with Raven in Prong and Ministry.  I'd highly recommend checking them out if you're a fan.  It was very stripped down, no samples or frills, just a raw power trio nailing it to the ground.  Can't think of any songs that I missed, but I've having been paying a whole lot of attention since Rude Awakening.

Fair point, but in Prong's defense, they don't get nearly enough credit or clout ... or at least not as much as, say, Helmet. It doesn't help that Tommy Victor is a disagreeable mook, but still, Prong were well ahead of their peers.
