There's a local (L.A,) band out there - Shiny Toy Guns - "representin' " and shuttling around disaster-relief supplies from their tour vehicles. And doing free gigs. They get my vote too.

Hey all...

Just a quick note to thank everyone for their concern and well-wishes. I'm indeed alive and well after a week of uncertainty and uncomfortable circumstances. Sure, it sucked to have no power, no heat, no hot water, no phone signal and no school for my kids, but lots of folks in neighboring areas lost much more and will continue to suffer. Given my natural inclination to complain about things, I'm trying to keep myself in check and be grateful for how fortunate we ultimately were in the face of all this.

We're still here!

What's the latest on the Joke front?
