As to joining the list, I can't really remember. 
Raven was posting, & I was here for a bit before our Last Goodbye surfaced.
I remember people putting Unspeakable together & I NWOBFG coming out.
Probably 1999-ish? Maybe 98?
It's scary how quickly it's become so long!
