[kj] Killing Joke USA tour with Violent Femmes

As "HA!" was recorded at Larry's Hideaway in Toronto, Canada on 9th/10th
August and Raven joined the band shortly before the North American tour in
1982...I guess it can be assumed that sometime the beginning of August 1982
was the start of touring Canada/US.
