Commander Hadfield is a true star... been following him on twitter for
months (about the only person
I ever follow on twitter). He's been sending stunning photos of earth with
poetic descriptions and
putting up some very entertaining vids on youtube about life on the space
station. If Nasa had
worked out they needed someone like him in the space program years ago the
public
perception and interest may have been very different.
