So, they apparently played two shows in Miami, Florida in 1989; one in April
at the Cameo Theater and then again in August for the much-bootlegged
Kitchen Club show.

The www.killingjoke.com website, however, has them at Jannus Landing in St.
Petersburg in April, although another site would seem to confirm the Cameo
appearance:

The KJ website is inconsistent, and incomplete, however, including omissions
of both Minneapolis shows in '89 and '91.
