You should no problem playing the *disc*, the question is getting the signal from the machine to the TV. I know all TVs here are now PAL and NTSC compatible, but I'm not sure about the US. Go through your TV's menus and see if there's anything about switching to PAL. My Samsung TV automatically switches to whatever is playing at the time. Yours might too, but I wouldn't want to guess.
