It's basic financial sense. When you are paying for a service, if you stop paying, the service stops too. 

Barely five days after the referendum, the leaders of the Leave campaign have no plans for the future.

Germany,
 France and Italy have all said it won't happen. Johnson
 is a clown who has to carry on peddling that nonsense or
 risk losing face. No free movement of people, capitals and
