[kj] Gathering Digest, Vol 168, Issue 5

Re DVD. Yup I'm in Dublin. No packages out in the UK yet? Has Brexit kicked
in already ?!
'10 year wait' ? Is anything worth a 10 year wait ??!! Wont go into too
much detail in order not to spoil your enjoyment. As has been said by
others there is really nothing live footage wise to get excited about. Its
all out there already. Its still a great watch though and if it was shown
on Sky Arts or BBC4 it would definitely generate some interest in the band
which is basically the whole point. The occult / esoteric element is
definitely the hook on which the movie is hung which is understandable as a
director if you are looking for something to differentiate the movie from
the raft of 'rockumentarys' around these days. That means a lot of Jaz !
Would love to have seen it on the big screen. Look forward to all your
reviews.
