[kj] OT - John Lever Former Chameleons Drummer has died.

Deeply saddened by this news today, John Lever, former The Chameleons (UK)
drummer has died.  I last saw him in August 2015 at the launch of his project
'Red Sided Garter Snakes' with Dave Fielding in good spirits.

Know there are a few Chameleons fans on the list, sorry to be the bearer of such
news.

Such a brilliant hard hitting and unorthodox drummer.  He taught himself by
watching Genesis videos and setup his kit the same way, so right handed but kit
setup for a leftie.
