[kj] RIP Mark E Smith of The Fall

Lest folks think Mark E Smith's passing has no relation to Killing Joke,
I've often felt like the track "Dregs" betrays a distinct Fall influence.
Maybe Jaz and co. would never admit it, but it sounds an awful lot like the
sort of song MES and crew would write:
