[kj] Pledge in Trouble

It did take FOREVER for the Joe Strummer 001 Box Set to come.   And I saw
it on the market many months after the stated fulfillment date.   But it
did come. Eventually.   I have over the years made many Pledges.  I did
receive every single one.    It was a great platform so I do hope they get
their shit together.      I noticed last year Pledge downsized offices and
customer service.   In the US they use to have an office in Boston and New
York.   You could actually call them to get help.   IDK.  I hope they don't
go bankrupt.   I hope their reputation isn't completely ruined.   Obviously
someone at Pledge spent money they didn't have.   I hope some investors can
pull them back.  It was a great service. great idea. great platform.   I
still have faith that they will get back on track.   The artists depend on
the funds to finish the product.   All delays Killing Joke could not always
be Pledge's fault.   We all know this.  It's fucking KILLING JOKE!   If
you're an ancient gatherer you know this going in.   part of the gamble and
game.

I wish the Double 40th LP was the BERLIN show rather than the Roundhouse.
 It's a sloppier show  but it sounds better.   It's more interesting too.
 Berlin show Geordie is pushing the rhythm ahead of Paul and Youth.  The
timing is a bit off but you can really hear Geordie loud and winding in the
mix.  I kinda like that it's a bit frenetic.
And why the fuck did they record two euro shows that were close together on
the tour?  Haha.   Classic  choices!   They say in interviews their best
gig was likely Mexico City.  The London show is not loud at all.  It's hard
to hear the mix.  They should have released two shows from cities where the
most spirits were spent !   If the Roundhouse  vinyl sounds like the disc
I'm already disappointed.   If it comes...  Killer T Shirt though.   That
Colesy design is killer.   Super unique.   I think Colesy will come thru.
The shirts are probably done.  He is probably waiting for the check in the
mail!

My money for Symphonic and 40th mega pledge box I spent so long ago I'm not
missing it now.   Any item that arrives in the mail will just  be thankful
candy.   KJ shit always comes in the mail when I least expect it and I
usually emotionally need it badly.   I ll keep that faith.

Lyric book is in the mail!   I'm grateful to have that in my degenerate
hands soon!
