[kj] (KJ) 2003 & Pandemonium remasters

I’m honestly tired of the constant “remasters”. AD onward has always sounded better via CD (and sometimes digitally). And I’m chalking up the muddy/whatever on vinyl as poor mastering. So rerereremastering isn’t going to make a difference until they put real attention to detail. That means test pressing and do it until it’s right.
