Very sad, I remember back in the nineties he selflessly posted out 
copies of his Killing Joke video cd to everyone on the gathering list at 
his own cost!
I've still got mine,,,

Just reading a long time Gatherer and good friend of many has passed 
away. Mik Raven was on the list here for a long time. Met him myself in 
Dublin, nice chap.
