Good lord - I bet that was Taurus Moon records, which was the label name 
for the Hypnosis of Birds record from Holocaust (another band Metallica 
covered on the same EP as KJ). The liner notes list it as 126 St. 
Stephen Street.

Hilariously, five years later, I was a member of Holocaust, recording 
the Primal album. Couldn't have made THAT story up in '96!
