just to sum up what's still left over:

I've got the following problem with the permissions (of this
junky CMS I'm forced to work with):

the SteerCo group should be allowed to add/edit articles in
the Steerco/Administrative
Topic/Category section only. PN works fine, shows the edit
button only for the
Administrative group, but when I click on it PN says I'm not
allowed.

SteerCo | Menublock:: | Administration:(Administration|Admin
Protocol|SteerCo): | Read
SteerCo | AddStory:: | .* | Add
SteerCo | Stories::Story | :Administrative: | Add
SteerCo | Topics::Topic | SteerCo::33 | Add

funny thing is that this:

works fine but gives the steerco permission to edit all over
the site. I used my willytest
account which is only a member of the steerco. thoughts?
I've browsed
http://community.postnuke.com/ but it looks like they don't
know a damn...

I need a "copy" on the "Entry Index". this should duplicate
the entry and assigning a new number. otherwise I have to
copy'n'paste all the single voices from the POTM-BP to
POTM-MDP

I run a test in the gallery and it said that there is
nothing what would hinder an upgrade to the new version.

I still cannot add an icon to the topics. example

after posting a new story or having edited an existing one
I'd like to be redirected to the main admin page:

and not that "new article" as it does now.

I'd like to have the entire comment feature in the articles
turned of. it is tiresome to have tem turn off manually each
time adding a new article.
