[LDraw-tech] Quick links and a wiki?

Sorry to break up this pleasant diversion :) but before looking at
changing the system I'd like to get the wiki concept discussed more
fully and hopefully implemented. I've made my thoughts on PN clear
before (and I still greatly dislike it) but any upgrade will be a long
proccess whereas a wiki is a quicker 'upgrade' that should also be
compatible with whatever new system we choose.

Of course if there is a good reason to do it the other way around I'm
happy that way but I would much prefer to have the user end of the
site working better first than the webmaster end.
