That's odd. As you say, that review does seem to be gone now -- but 
it was definitely there (just the day before?) when I quoted it! 
Perhaps amazon removed it because it was not just critical of that 
particular DVD, but of amazon itself, too???

I've noticed in the past that the reviews for any particular movie 
aren't necessarily connected to the specific DVD release that the 
review is found on -- in other words, those reviews might not be 
directly related to this "Triad Productions Corporation" edition, but 
rather to the Synapse edition, or whatever other edition.

I wish amazon's reviews would be more specific in that regard, 
actually, as it's not hard to accidentally buy a terrible version, 
when one thinks one is getting a good (if not great) version.
