    get those younger prospects insured before&nbsp;they have insurability =

    solely&nbsp;on&nbsp;the lowest premium. If we want to go after the youn=

    ages, shouldn't we be using the companies with long standing history in=
 LTCi =

    and deeper pockets? These younger folks may not go on claim for another=
