[LTC-Sales_Discussions] Claims time

I've been in LTC field less than 3 years and no claims yet. But, re the
comment on Travelers/GE, my experience is that GE makes more administrative
mistakes than many other companies, and is very slow to rectify them, so
this info. doesn't shock me.
