Don't worry about the name. Present the benefits of the Kanawha plan and the
name does not seem so important. Example, what company offers a two year
facility plan, plus 2 years of home care and then adds two years of adult day care
and two years of hospice care. That's realistically a 6 1/2 year plan for a
two year premium. Then offer the return of premium at an unreal low rate and
then tell them the name.
Penn Treaty has raised their rates significantly, one client 71%. Will
probably have more. Like one of the emailers indicated we will probably see more
rate increases.
