Doug, I wish I was savy enough to set up something like this or even to understand how to use what you have created. Thank you. I would like to be able to communicate with fellow LTPC agents regardless of the legal ramifications. In the mean time I would like to report that I have been in touch with the DOI in California and they have informed me that it is possible to file a complaint on-line through their web site under "consumer request for assistance". I am holding off until Wednesday to see what announcements come out, but if Cendant thinks they can forbid me from helping my clients then they have a fight on their hands. Thanks again, Bob Bradle
