Doug,
It appears that most all of us will be paying more for health insurance, especially those over 55. Some may not even be able to obtain it.
Cendant should allow us to stay on the existing plan at the same rate for up to three years. And if you are 60 or older, until you qualify for medicare.
If you count the number of us over 55, a case could be made for some type of discrimination.
