We have all been associated with LTPC for various amounts of time. =
Different promises were made to each of us at different times. Some of =
those promises were in writing, some were verbal and some were implied. =
I believe that those of us who have lost out the most (or who have been =
damaged the most) are those folks who were with us long enough to have =
some success but not long enough to get vested. And I think that =
LTPC/Progeny may have been guilty of mis-representing the situation @ =
LTPC over the last year or so.
One simple example is LEADS. We were all promised implicitly and =
explicitly that we would be provided with good quality leads. How many =
among us feel that this promise was kept over the last year?
I have assembled a series of files from the LTPC.com website. I think =
that they contain damaging evidence of LTPC's neglience and their =
mis-representation. You be the judge.

Ok, here are a few questions to think about:
1. Did LTPC provide the training for new agents that they advertised, =
especially in the last year, and especially the part about "follow-up" =
after sales school... see LTPC_BS_02.pdf
2. Did LTPC provide qualified leads as they promised in all or most =
markets? see LTPC_BS_03.pdf
3. Did LTPC provide a turn-key marketing program to affinity groups =
with PROVEN RESULTS (especially over the last year) - see LTPC_BS_04.pdf
4. Residual Income up to 100K in 5 yrs? Who are they kidding... see =
LTPC_BS_01.pdf
5. Build up a long-term residual income? Yeah right, with the way they =
are going to bungle it.... see LTPC_BS_01.pdf
6. Did they thoroughly train us on new products? In the last year the =
support was awful. I often found out about new product info from =
outside brokers before LTPC notified us... see LTPC_BS_03.pdf
7. Has LTPC successfully abided by all laws related to the =
distribution of insurance in each state and under each corporate =
office/name? Idea: Why not go over the laws in YOUR STATE and see if we =
can find examples of where LTPC may have violated the law in your state. =
See LTPC_BS_07.pdf for a list of corporate locations and corporate =
names. Does anyone have any good attorney's in their local state as a =
client?
8. *** BIG LIE HERE**** See LTPC_BS_08.pdf & LTPC_BS_15.pdf -- They =
said their mission was to improve the economic well-being and quality of =
life of among others, TEAM MEMBERS. Ha ha ha.
9. So LTPC says they maintain personal integrity among sales teams? =
How about the managers who never followed-up to help their agents. How =
about the home office staff that didn't support the field force? How =
back the non-existent field training after sales school? see =

10. Did those agents ACTUALLY say those things? Is LTPC lying? see =
LTPC_BS_09.pdf
Sidebar: If I was one of those agents, I would be pretty ticked about =
LTPC still using my name and reputation to promote such a lousy company, =
especially since many of those agents left some time ago. Ouch.
11. Progeny has been built on respect for the individual? Since when? =
If so, then why is Dan T. trying to take a crap in our faces? Give me a =

12. Deceptive Marketing to the MAX.... see LTPC_BS_13.pdf
13. Liar liar, pants on fire... they say that LTPC is the only national =
LTC sales force not tied to an insurance company? Give me a break. =
They have been shoveling CNA down our throats for the last year despite =
the fact that CNA has and was going to CRAP. Liars. see LTPC_BS_14.pdf =
(Sorry, I guess I'm getting a little mad reading this crap and thinking =
about all of the lies).
14. Yeah right... Continuing experimentation, research/development? =
Rapid product innovation? I've been asking for annunities for years. =
Unchanging belief in personal and professional integrity? Since when? =

And there is surely more that I'm not thinking of... OK, now here's a =
quiz... What does the "BS" stand for in each of these file names? =
Betcha can't guess.
Ladies & Gents, I think we have some good basis for looking into legal =
recourse. Ultimately there are several things LTPC/Progeny could do =
willingly for us that would abate much of our anger. Here are some =
ideas:
1. Vest everyone @ 7%
2. Provide an additional year of company paid benefits for each three =
years of service
3. Instruct each carrier to mail us the same notices that they mail to =
LTPC -- in other words, carbon copy us on everything
4. Allow us to deliver our policies are 6/20
5. Allow us to work with our clients to facilitate conservation of =
business which is mutually beneficial
6. Stop treating us like leppars
7. Pay out all bonus's due in 2003 by 7/1/03
8. Credit all app submitted after 1/1/03 toward vesting since the =
service @LTPC has been non-existent this year.
9. Allow us to work the leads that we have after 6/20 that are not =
affinity.
10. Thoroughly audit all commissions paid for the last five years and =
pay us what they owe us.
11. Stop crapping on us.
