Thank you for your comments.

  1.. I didn't know that Jennifer Harden was staying with LTPC.  Thank you
for telling me.  It raises another question - Does LTPC intend to change the
agent of record without the policyholder's consent?  Many of us have sold
policies to friends and family members who would not willingly agree to the
change.
  2.. E&O - The information you have is correct - provided that LTPC
continues to pay the high premiums for "blanket" coverage.  If LTPC reduces
the coverage to include just a few employees, then the premium will be
dramatically reduced.  In that event the activities of 500 agents would not
be covered.
  3.. For those of you who are vested - How will you know you are being paid
on all of your renewals?
