Points of view.

1. One point of view is that, Cendant criminally screwed us, but it is a =
done deal, and that it would be too costly in terms of money, time and =
mental health to pursue some type of recompense.  We would be dollars =
ahead and less stressed out if we would forget it and put the unsavory =
experience behind us and get on with our lives.=20
2. Another point of view is that, Cendant criminally screwed us by =
misrepresenting; * The earning potential and the effort that it would =
take to achieve that potential with the 15-10-5 formula. * Cheating =
non-vested agents out of their renewals * Denying all agents the right =
to follow-up, service and resell new products to their clients. * That =
the President Robert Foreman misled to us to the very end, ala Enron, =
American Airlines and the Minister of Information in Iraq.  In the case =
of Enron and American Airlines they lied to their employees and =
stockholders up to the very end so that the few on top could profit by =
criminally squeezing the last dollar out of the many.  In the case of =
the Minister of Information in Iraq, he lied up to the very last to =
squeeze the last drop of blood out of the many to benefit the few on =
top.  Apparently this type of behavior is a core belief of the corporate =
culture and Cendant is right in step with this belief.  If Cendant is as =
ruthless in dealing with their employees as Enron, American Airlines and =
Sadam, I wonder if Cendant could stand the heat of an objective audit of =
their accounting practices. =20

We can bleat BA, BA like sheep being lead to the slaughter or we can =
unite with one voice and at the very least let the stockholders of =
Cendant know the type of Corporation that they have invested in. Each of =
us will have decide whether or not to unite and join together to seek =
some type of recompense and justice for this ruthless treatment while =
those who are guilty of ruthlessly treating us this way profit from our =
misfortune. =20

It is interesting to note that Cendant required its agents to take a =
course called, "Integrity Selling".  Integrity is not a word that you =
should put before selling; it is something you should already have =
before you submit your resume.  Integrity is a quality that you should =
have before the fact and not have to add after that fact.  The course =
could have been titled "Integrated Selling".  There should have been a =
course that all corporate executives should be required to take called =
"Integrity Management".


What are grievances?

1. Cheating non-vested agents who were fired out of their renewals, by =
denying them the opportunity to become vested.
2. Denying all agents the right to follow-up, service and resell new =
products to their clients,
3. Progeny, misrepresented the agent's earning potential by claiming =
that 15-10-5 would be accomplished by making 150 dials per week from =
LTPC leads producing a minimum annual income of $25,000.  "Core belief =
#5 in Progengy's official training manual, pages 5 and 9, state that; "I =
must set 15 appointments every week to make 10 qualified presentations =
and write a minimum of 5 applications" Page 2, of Day 2, explains by way =
of a chart that 150 dials per week will result in 15-10-5. If an =
objective study was made of all of the agents in the U.S. I am certain =
that this claim would be false and few if any agents consistently =
achieved that level of performance.
4. Misrepresenting the quality of the leads, which resulted in the agent =
becoming a kissing cousin to a telemarketer.

I will leave others to complete the list of grievances.

I am not a sheep and I willingly add my voice to those who want these =
wrongs to be redressed.   To those who do not want to be bothered or who =
are fearful of becoming involved, I ask them if this is their general =
view toward justice and the exploitation of the many by the corporate =
greedy. Or is your inaction caused by fear, which is the means by which =
the many are ruled by the ruthless few.  Thomas Jefferson warned us =
that,  "Politicians are like wolves, if we do not keep them in check =
they will devour us."  The same can be said of corporations.
