This is Linda Cole. Regarding the comment from Kathy Burton re using the old vesting schedule based on service of years, I, too, called Danny Nelms immediately on getting news that Progeny Mktg. was no longer going to sell LTC through LTPC, and I, too, was told that for agents that had signed the old contract prior to 2002, the prior vesting schedule applies based on # of yrs. of sevice with the company. I also asked for something in writing, and was told to rely on the language in my contracts. For those of us whom are not fully vested but close, & have a significant # of years with the company, this is a key issue to push w/Progeny Mktg. I called Danny Nelms again on this last week. No call was returned. I have also left voice mail messages for sales managers still w/LTPC. Again, no calls were returned. Anyone interested in pursuing this, email me at: CCS940035@aol.com.
