Dear LTPC Alums:
Maybe I missed an email or voice message form LTPC. I thought that we were
working till June 20th. That policies issued would be sent to us for
deliveries up until then. I am finding that this is not the case. Policies issued are
being mailed to clients as means of delivery. Is that the case with other
agents? Is this new policy or did I miss a memo? How do you upgrade a policy
if you are not the one delivering it? How do you place a policy and give good
service if one spouse gets issued and the other declined? Who is there to
answer their questions or handle this professionally? Any opinions I would love
to hear back.
Thanks
Richard Moore
