Doug,
Thanks so much for speaking on everyone's behalf.  My main concern is the 
lack of contact we are supposedly forced to have with our clients. I would think 
that they would want to maintain the book of business.  Maybe if we agreed not 
to replace in writing they would allow us to support our book of business.  I 
get calls everyday from clients who want to make changes or just ask 
questions. I want to be able to service these clients. Thanks again.
