Doug-  From my perspective the biggest issues (unfair and unethical) are 1) 
the inability of reps to take care of clients after the 20th ( this is not in 
the clients best interest nor is it in the best interest of LTPC) 2) The main 
reason I came on with LTPC was to vest residuals . LTPC must have known for a 
very long time they were going to close the doors . I should have been given 
the opportunity to choose to go elsewhere , where my placements(210-240,000) for 
the almost two years Ive been here would have counted toward residual income.
