i would like to see the company vest all the agents who are out there with a book of business and are not going to be vested at all. i know myself and another agent who are in the 300,000 range.  both of us had medical issues (cancer & car accident that caused severe back problems) and there are probably other people out there with there own issues. had it not been for these things we would have both been vested.

i was with GE and i saw them vest a mgr early because they were demoting him but didnt want to take what he had earned because they new how important renewals were and Ge was making the change the mgr had done anything wrong

also i was with Larson ltc and he made sure we were all vested when he went bankcrupt. i was only there 5 mo.

i hope you have success and i hope you can get the agents up to a higher renewal rate. however at least your getting 5 or 6%.there are some agents getting 0000000.0000000
