Doug,
My two biggest concerns are (1) Not being allowed to deliver policies issued
post 6/20 because the clients purchased from me not LTPC. It is me they trust
and believe in. (2) The issue of our continuing to use leads. On the one hand,
LTPC has no use for them, so why can't we use them. On the other hand, is the
issue of the various affinity partners not getting paid on the business we
would write as a result of the leads. That may be where the legal hangup
resides.
