Dear Doug:

Something else that maybe relevant.  It was to a lot of us at the time.  The 
2003 Conference.  Didn't we have to meet a production quota to be invited to 
conference that kept on being postponed over and over again.  Probably over 100 
maybe 150 made conference.  Why would they keep postponing the conference if 
only to save money and eventually not have to hold it.  It is a more intimate 
company now.  It is just me in my office and I am taking my family to Disney 
in two weeks.  Have to have a sense of humor about it.
