I would suggest if your at all uncomfortable with this week's call to see if you might have a brief discussion with a lawyer you our another LTPCer has some confidence in. They might be able to help you with an approach you're confident with.
I finished training December 9th 2002 and have almost no business on the books (after approximatly 3000 dials and 105 appointments), but I would send you a check, say 25 bucks, immediatly (and i believe small contributions from others would follow if you let them know I've started the pool ) so you could get some legal advice.
Starting in the right place now could make a huge difference down the line.
