Good Morning Doug,
Since I am already vested, that issue is not on my list. However, I =
might approach it from the standpoint of the amount submitted by June =
20th divided by the number of months as an employee to see if they would =
have been vested by the end of the year had the company stayed open. So =
for someone so close, they would have been vested had the company stayed =
open and it is not the employee's fault the company decided to close. =
This would limit Progeny's exposure to all employees, but benefit those =
so close to vesting.
My concern is not being able to service my clients and their arbitrarily =
deducting commissions from my renewals without any justification. Many =
times as an employee I caught mistakes made by LTPC, notified them and =
had them corrected as many others have had to do. I think if they are =
deducting any amounts we should receive an explanation showing the date =
of overpayment, the payroll date it was included in, the amount =
overpaid, and why it was overpaid. I also think there should be a limit =
on how long they can go back. I left LTPC in March, they withheld =
payment to "reconcile" my account. Yet 3 months later they suddenly =
deduct renewals with no explanation. When I left my first renewal check =
was for renewals that I should have been paid for while still an =
employee. I left March 3rd, April 4th I received a check for renewals =
in February. They are withholding two months and making interest on our =
income. As someone else said they can absorb their mistakes. Believe =
me Progeny will be making a lot of money on our renewals with very =
minimal expense.=20
Thank you Doug for all you are doing on behalf of LTPC alumni's.
Pam
