Yes that's right.  The problem is that benefits are capitated based on the
diagnosis.  So, say you had a stroke.  The benefit may be 20k for a stroke.
Or 30k for dementia.  So you are really limiting yourself in terms of what
coverage you really may end up having.  It's not like buying a pool of money
and knowing you could use the whole thing for a stroke if you wanted to.
