Food for thought:

1. Last quarter 2002 production goals to make conference in Nashville. A
lot of agents made conference. 2003 Conference in Nashville postponed within
two weeks of trip. This must have cost plenty to cancel.

2. Many of the agents that made conference were let go in first employee
reduction.

3. Conference rescheduled and postponed again.

4. Conference now moved from Nashville to Orlando away from Progeny
Marketing
Home Office in Nashville.

5. Robert Foreman tells us in voice mail that the company is moving forward,
assures us that everything is ok. Mr. Foreman goes to LTCA and LTCA solicits
LTPC agents for their brokerage and talks of attracting and going after
similar affinity groups and that we have an opportunity with LTCA that we should
look at.

6. We cant service or solicit our clients or have contact with them. The
same people that sold us on the value of being a captive agent then solicit us
for brokerage. Is there some sort of conflict of interest here?

Just looking for opinions

Richard
