no one said that you can't talk to the carrier. that's what i meant. call
them in behalf of the client, if you need to. don't let the client take
their anger out on you, if you can help it. call the carrier. I STILL
CONTEND THAT THIS WHOLE MESS COULD BE RESOLVED BY THE INSURANCE CARRIERS, IF
ENOUGH OF US CALLED TO EXPRESS OUR POSITION, THROW THIS STINKING MONKEY ON
WHO IT BELONGS. don't talk to a receptionist, go to the top.they have
probably been reassured that all is well, so let them know who's really
