Regarding COBRA, I was told that a package would be sent to you in Mid-July and you have 45 days to enroll. If anything of an emergency nature occurs before you enroll in COBRA, the emergency is to be paid out of pocket, and then you'll be reimbursed under COBRA as it will be activated retro to July 1st.
